Every subscription tier includes 1 project. Add as many extra projects as you need for £25 per project per month — each one keeps the ITP and user limits of your tier. You can also add projects from inside the app when you hit the limit.

ITPs per project
Each subscription covers a single project. Your plan sets how many ITPs that project can hold — Gold, for example, allows 40 ITPs in the project. Need another project? Take out an additional subscription for it.
Usage-based limits
Two meters govern the account: ITPs inside a project and users onboarded. Both are enforced on the server — generation is blocked when a project is full, and invites are blocked when every seat is taken. You will always see which limit was hit.
Upgrade paths
One-off buyers can upgrade to any subscription and their existing ITP and documents move into a new company project. Subscribers can move up a tier at any time — the higher ITP and seat limits apply immediately, with billing prorated by Paddle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
A one-off purchase produces a single standalone document. Subscriptions add the project workspace, approvals, traceability and team access around it.

AI credits
AI credits are used whenever Site ITP generates or revises an Inspection & Test Plan using AI. Manual edits are always free. Your subscription includes a monthly allowance of credits, and you can purchase additional one-off ITP credits at any time.
Credits included
Monthly allowances refresh with your billing period. Unused one-off credits never expire.
What a credit is spent on
When your balance reaches zero, AI generation and revisions pause until you top up or buy another one-off ITP. Manual editing, uploads, approvals and exports keep working.
